Yeah You Can Be My Muse Appears on The Police Box 5 » KT Tunstall's mates self-style as 'pop', which is modest when all songs on 'See Heart, See Muscle' are as strong as its title. The intimate sharing of space by the music and the words often captures something more sophisticated than many pop bands do. Log in to download tracks |

Just to Pause This Appears on The Police Box 8 » One of See Heart See Muscle's several big tunes. Melancholy tinged with hope/love with hate? Longing tinged with desire for being free of it? Smokers, this is one for the 'fico fan in you! Log in to download tracks |
Amplifico are 3 high school friends from Fife who have played together in different musical outfits for over a decade. They self-released their debut album 'See Heart, See Muscle' (partly funded by thousands of pounds from hundreds of people around the world) last year to critical acclaim. Vic Galloway's Radio 1 show announced it as Album of the Month in March 2008. Since forming Amplifico in 2004, they have played hundreds of shows across the UK & Ireland.
They have shared the bill with the likes of Regina Spektor, KT Tunstall, Aberfeldy, Electrelane and Nizlopi, and have sold out many headline shows in their former home-city Edinburgh. They are currently living together & writing new material in London after moving down from Scotland at the end of 2007.
