About Capitol 1212

A throwback to the good ol’ days when a rap single wasn’t a rap single without a massive string sample from an old soul track over the top, Edinburgh producers Fly-T and Professa Fresh make supafine music.

Capitol 1212 Profile

Capitol 1212 are dedicated hip-hop producers Professa Fresh and Fly T straight outta’ Scotland.  They have already impressed us with collaborations ranging from ED OG, Serocee, Mike G (Jungle Brothers), Donald D, Grandmaster Caz, Profisee, Mr Bang On, Time Machine and Danny Diamond to name a few, boosting their status and earning them support slots for legends such as The Wu Tang’s Ghostface Killah, Q-Bert, Guru and Kool Keith.

Between them they have notched up plenty of experience from promoting some of the biggest club nights in every city in Scotland (Vapors/Pangea), winning DJ battles and mixtape competitions, to hosting and mixing on radio shows worldwide.  After the success of their ‘Raw and Disorder’ E.P (Kool Kat Records), Capitol 1212 are currently working on their full-length album set to land at the end of 2009.
