Similary to their contemparies This Town Needs Guns, they employ hefty guitar work and sleek interchanges between lead and rhythm. The influence of early 90s bands for example American Football and Spy Vs Spy is clearly there however, Pennines certainly aren’t a carbon-copy of these bands, they’re just taking it to another level.
