Well, we were very much hoping we’d be in Glasgow supporting Action Group or Foxgang (Ten Tracks representatives among 9 bands shortlisted to play the main stage at Glasgow’s George Square Hogmanay celebrations). But if not, we resign ourselves to a deserved night off… at one of the following prime destinations described by Chris Duncan in The Skinny’s grand survey of Hogmanay 2009/10.
Special shouts go to the Ten Tracks supporters behind Balkanarama, Departure Lounge and Confusion Is Sex. Those will be amazing nights.
As for Glasgow, it’s got to be New Year's eve with one of Ten Tracks’ most cherished curators, Optimo – and not just cos we like them: their Hogmanay line-up is just brilliant!!
